Fathima Warda’s area of expertise currently focuses on family laws and personal status. She advises clients on labor inquiries, having a comprehensive skill set in drafting, legal notice and negotiating on behalf of clients. She also deals with debt collection cases and other civil claim aspects from time to time. She has technical skills in the management of court sites and understanding of court procedures. She regularly strategizes in family and civil litigation matters for our clients. Regular interaction with the clients to Nurture Customer Relationships, forming a bridge between clients and organization team members. Prior to joining Bin Eid Advocates, she was a lawyer at the district court in India, where she gained experience assisting with high-value, complex civil and criminal litigation.
